Allison was born and still resides in Walker, LA. She has a teenage son and is married to her college sweetheart. Allison attended Our Lady of the Lake College and graduated with her BSN in 2017. From there, she began her career as an ER nurse, knowing that she would eventually transition into hospice. This day came sooner than expected. 

When she heard about a case manager position opening with Bridgeway, she could not refuse! In March 2021, Allison took a leap of faith and learned everything she could about hospice. As a nurse for Bridgeway, she was promoted to Director of Nursing in September 2021 and is now our Regional Clinical Director. 

With her new role as Regional Clinical Director, she is responsible for coordinating patient care among a great group of doctors, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and hospice aides and overseeing the clinical departments of our Plaquemine and Lafayette locations. She says, "I would trust every person on our team to care for my own family in their final days."
