Ashley was borned and raised within the Lafayette region. She went to Nursing School at LSU in Eunice to get her RN License.

Once she got her license, Ashley was hired and began working for Bridgeway and has been with the company for over 8 years. Her journey began when she was hired as a RN Case Manager. After being in the field for a few years, Ashley wanted to venture off and try something new in a different department. She became a marketer from within. After exploring marketing, Ashley missed loving on and taking care of patients at the bedside and went back into the field as a RN Case Manager. Because of the amount of love and compassion she has not only for the patients, but for the Bridgeway team, she was honored as Employee of the year in 2022.

As time went on, she got an opportunity be step into her current position, Assistant Director of Nursing. With her role, Ashley partners with the Director of Nursing in helping to oversee and manage the clinical team. She helps facilitate and ensure that the patient care is met in the Lafayette and surrounding areas. She is a true asset to Bridgeway and has a passion for loving the patients and staff!
