Ashley was born and raised in the Lafayette area and has always had a heart for serving her community. She attended Louisiana State University at Eunice, where she earned her Registered Nursing (RN) license and began her career in healthcare.

Shortly after obtaining her license, Ashley joined Bridgeway Hospice and has been a valued member of the team for more than eight years. Her journey with Bridgeway began as an RN Case Manager, where she quickly developed strong relationships with patients and families through her compassionate approach to care.

After several years in the field, Ashley embraced an opportunity to explore a new aspect of hospice care by transitioning into a marketing role. While she enjoyed building community relationships and educating others about hospice services, she soon realized how much she missed direct patient care. Her passion for caring for patients at the bedside led her back to her role as an RN Case Manager.

Ashley’s dedication, compassion, and unwavering commitment to both patients and her coworkers have made a lasting impact throughout the organization. In recognition of her exceptional service and leadership, she was honored as Bridgeway Hospice’s Employee of the Year in 2022.

As her career continued to grow, Ashley advanced into leadership and now serves as the Director of Nursing. In this role, she oversees and manages the clinical team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care throughout Lafayette and the surrounding communities. Ashley is committed to supporting her staff, maintaining high clinical standards, and fostering a culture of compassion and excellence.

Ashley is a true asset to Bridgeway Hospice. Her servant-hearted leadership, clinical expertise, and genuine love for both patients and staff exemplify the mission and values of the organization every day.
