Allison Bergeron, RN

Director of Nursing - Lafayette, LA

Allison's journey began with Bridgeway in January 2024. As the Director of Nursing, her goal is to oversee the clinical staff and help with patient care in the Lafayette and surrounding regions. She also strives to create and build relationships within the community. She is a true patient advocate and an excellent leader in the industry.

ALL ABOUT ME

Allison grew up in Southern New Hampshire, and moved away when she was in her early 20s. She returned back to Louisiana where she currently resides in Youngsville, LA with her daughter and 2 dogs. Also, she is a HUGE Red Sox fan. On her spare time, she loves to garden and be with her daughter on adventures. With her adventures, she is a leader of her daughter's girl scout troop.

Before joining Bridgeway, she has been in the medical field since1992 starting in EMS. To continue, Allison pushed herself further to become a LPN and eventually a RN at SLCC. From there, her passion became a bright light in her career with patient care. She was the boots on the ground hospice nurse and was looking for a challenge when the Director of Nursing position was available.
